Ошибочная блокировка EA Play на территории Украины г. Запорожье

Добрый день! Прошу обратить внимание на проблему с доступом к игре Battlefield 6 в городе Запорожье(Украина). Приложение EA Play не доступно и, заблокировано ошибочно. Запорожье находится на подконтрольной территории Украины, и никаких санкционных или ограничительных оснований для блокировки здесь нет.

Из-за этого невозможно запустить будь какую игру и воспользоваться подпиской EA PПрошу проверить данную ситуацию и восстановить доступ к ЕА Play и ко всем играм для пользователей города Запорожье.

Good afternoon! Please note that there is an issue accessing Battlefield 6 in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. The EA Play app is unavailable and has been blocked by mistake. Zaporizhzhia is located in Ukrainian-government-controlled territory, and there are no sanctions or restrictions in place to block it.

Because of this, it is impossible to launch any game or use an EA Play subscription. Please check this situation and restore access to EA Play and all games for users in the city of Zaporizhzhia.

    totally agree. same problem.  ea cant even let me to start a ea help chat. everything sends okay but than nothing happens. nothing in my reqests on my profile. that a big dissapear for us by ea. we live 30km from front and cant even relax at our beloved battlefields.

    Аналогичная ситуация тоже с Запорожья без впн даже на сайте не залогинится

    This is truly unacceptable. I can't play the games I bought for no apparent reason, simply because EA doesn't want to spend the extra time and resources to resolve the situation with my region's occupation. They won't even offer refunds for games I can buy, but as usual, I can't play. EA's disregard for people has become the company's standard.

    I have several EA games, and I also bought and spent money on games, but you took that away from me! You can't do that! I live in Zaporizhia.
