I am a player from Ukraine, currently located in the Zaporizhzhia region. I am experiencing issues accessing EA services/games, and I would like to understand whether there are any regional restrictions affecting my account or connection.

My account is registered in Ukraine, and I am trying to access the service from within Ukraine. Could you please clarify if there are any known restrictions for users from my region, or suggest steps I can take to resolve the issue?
