Can't log into my old EA account.
I recently wanted to play Battlefield 6 on Steam and discovered that my main account was already linked to EA. The problem is that this account is registered to an email address with a non-working domain, which doesn't receive emails, so I simply can't receive a confirmation code. I have full access to my Steam account and Steam Guard, and I can also log in to this email (but as mentioned, I can't receive or send emails). I've already tried contacting support, where they asked me questions about this account, but I literally can't remember anything because the last time I logged in was four years ago. It hasn't had any purchased games, so I'd like to simply unlink it from my Steam account. Any ideas on how to do this? I'd be very grateful for any help.
mythsidee здравствуйте. Для восстановления доступа нужно предоставить как можно данных об аккаунте. Это делается ради безопасности и для того, чтобы убедиться, что вы - владелец аккаунта. Может, у вас остались чеки в любом виде?
Боюсь, если вы не помните никаких данных из-за давности, то поддержка бессильна в данном случае. Я могу только посоветовать всё-таки постараться вспомнить что-то ещё. Могут спросить, например про игры на аккаунте, которые были куплены
