I gave my friend my account details, and he's from Lviv, and he accessed it without any problems. I decided to try a VPN and was able to launch the app. Could you tell me why this happened? I can't access the app without a VPN anymore.
Решение такое: заказать у провайдера статичный ip адрес. Если проблема с потерей пакетов в игре , выставить в настройках WINDOWS режим максимальной производительности в электропитании. Так же не обходимо отключить оверлеи.
