lost access to my EA account and I can't launch EA games on steam

I lost access to my EA account due to loss of access to the email to which the account was linked. Because of this I can't launch Apex Legends and Battlefield 2042, the previous EA account is linked to Steam. Please help me change the email from the account or delete it. I don't remember the email itself, so I can't restore it. I'm waiting for an answer, I'm ready to provide evidence that the account belongs to me. I don't know what to do to get a response from someone who would help me change the email on my old account. Cases in EA Help is ignoring me and bot cant help me. If necessary, I can provide proof that the account is mine, but I simply forgot the email, and the number has long been blocked.
