Lost access to my EA account (Steam Battlefield games linked)

Hi, I’ve lost access to my old EA account that was linked to my Steam Battlefield games (BF1, BF4, BF5, BF2042).

I created multiple cases (#225196740, #225136883) but none got a response — the system says “not supported by advisors”.

I also have Steam purchase receipts ready as proof of ownership.

Please tell me how I can contact a real support agent to recover my account or transfer my games to a new one.
