“No Internet Connection” error when downloading Delicate Style Kit (SP25)
Hi there!
Since November 7th, 2025, I’ve been unable to download the Delicate Style Kit (SP25) from the EA App.
The message “No Internet Connection” appears, even though my internet connection is stable — all other Sims 4 packs and expansions download perfectly fine.
I’ve already tried every troubleshooting step, including:
• Clearing EA App cache (AppData and ProgramData)
• Running App Recovery
• Adding EA folders as exceptions in Windows Defender
• Running the EA App as administrator
• Renaming the SP25 folder
• Restarting the PC and retrying the download
The issue persists only for this kit.
EA consultants (Rahul and Harsh) have confirmed this might be a server or authentication issue specific to SP25, and my case has been forwarded to the technical team.
