Accidentally double purchased DLC and EA won't reply and refund the money...

On April 10, 2025 I bought the new Sleek Bathroom creator kit. Something was glitchy with the app because when I went to click download like normal, it was prompting me to purchase it. Thinking something was wrong with the app, I purchased it again. I got 2 confirmation codes for the same kit. It didn't stop me and tell me it was already in my library- it let me buy it a second time. So, I've paid twice for the same kit, and I have 2 receipts to proveit. I have emailed [edit: email address removed] 5 times since April 10 and no one replies to me. I've sent the confirmation codes to the help email, I have said to please just respond and let me know someone is looking into this, and nothing. It's only $5, but either give me my money back or give me a credit. Something.
