Alice: Madness Returns Setup Issues

Back in February, I have bought and downloaded Alice: Madness Returns. As I was eager to play it, I tried to open the game but it couldn't because the pop-up said that it has a set up issue and advised me to reinstall. I have been been doing it several of times and I was still having the same issues. For months, I have been trying to fix this but nothing works. Even my sister, who is way more knowledgeable about IT wasn't able to fix it. At this point I am at my wits end... EA please help!
