All DLC's Gone from Library
I usually play my game in offline mode but today the EA app force closed to do an update. After updating it I logged back into the EA App and all of my DLC's are gone. All of the EP, GP, etc. files are still in my computer but in the EA app it is asking me to repurchase them as add-ons and only allows me to download base game. I can not load my households in game because of this.
This is over $800+ worth of my money from the last ten years just gone. I have uninstalled the app and game, repaired, moved files, and nothing is working to get them back. The EA app is even saying I have only played the game for "7 minutes"
I only have ONE EA account so I know I did not log in to a different one accidentally as I am seeing being suggested for the problem, the only solutions I have seen across my searching is "Log into the correct account" which does not apply to me. Can anyone help?

If the DLCs are not available in your account, and as you mentioned, you're logged in to the correct account, I suggest that you contact EA Help Support so they can check if everything is okay with your account. We're unable to assist with account-related issues here at the EA Forums.
