Well there was the issue of not receiving codes, but now i get them and they just dont work, sometimes it sends duplicates, sometimes it sends a new one, but the result is the same. None of them work
What do i do ?!
Finally works, and I changed 2fa from mail to google authenticator 😅
I have the exact same issue, also tried to make changes in my account settings in a browser regarding 2FA, but it uses the same process. This is really bad customer support, I've had this issue ongoing for 5 hours. Tried the live chat but no one turned up, even after an hour.
not only that, now if i even bother to request a code it tells me i need to try again later because i've tried too many times. thanks EA

You got 20 codes, but none of them work and you still have to wait an hour for a new one? 😅

The thing is, I have tried soo many "fix methods" - "Resetting password - removing the auth", basically resending the codes over and over again, so now it just keeps coming, I got like 20extra codes on there :D
Same thing happens to me right now. And suddenly when the codes does not work it blocked my access to even type them. Now i've made ,,too many attempts'' and have to try again later!
I have the same issue. The verification codes do eventually arrive, but only after more than an hour.
It’s not only happening when trying to log in to the game (Battlefield 6) — I also tried using the browser because I wanted to change my two-factor authentication settings, and the verification codes are delayed there as well.
The codes don’t work properly with either Gmail or my backup email address on the poczta.fm domain.
I’m also trying to contact an EA support consultant through the live chat. The estimated waiting time was 70 minutes, but I’ve already been waiting for two hours and nobody has responded.
