There are certain stages to get the weapon called peackeeperd in the game. You get a tag at each stage. I got the clash tag but it does not appear in the inventory. I successfully completed the mission. It is in the records. Examine it and add the clash tag to my account.

Which tag are you having trouble with? There isn't one called "Clash", but that might just be a mistranslation or something. The dog tags and skins required for unlocking the Peacekeeper are:
Also, I'm not entirely sure if EA Help agents are able to "see" easter egg rewards so they may not be able to help in this case. It's still definitely worth getting in touch with them to give it a try, though.
