Problem with the free expansions for Battlefield 4 - EA LAUNCHER

Hello, I'm having a problem with the free expansions for Battlefield 4. I have BF4 Premium and all the other expansions work correctly, but the free ones appear as if I don't have them yet.

My game is purchased and played through EA's own launcher. When I go to the EA app store and try to download the free expansions, nothing happens. Something once came up regarding the free expansions being attributed to Steam, to complete the process on Steam.

But how would I do this if my game is purchased and played through EA's own launcher and there is no link to Steam?

Does anyone know how to solve this?

I have the same issue, particularly with the maps from 2014.

I found this solution that worked for me:

If you purchase Battlefield 4 from the EA app, you will not be able to launch it directly from Steam. Games purchased from the EA app are tied to that platform and cannot be launched or played via Steam. However, you can add it as a “non-Steam game” to your Steam library for convenience, but this will still require the EA app to run in the background. Steps to add Battlefield 4 (from the EA app) to your Steam library: Open Steam and go to your library. Click Add a game in the bottom left corner of the Steam window. Select Add a Non-Steam Game. Browse your computer for the EA app or Battlefield 4 executable file and add it. Once added, you can launch it from Steam, but the EA app must still be installed and running. Please note that even if you link your EA Account to Steam for other games, Battlefield 4 purchased from the EA app will not be compatible with Steam.
