Black Friday Discount Issue

Why can't I see the full list of all DLCs participating in the Black Friday event? Even after going to the EA website, it just flashes high discounts, and a second later only shows items with 30% off or less?

Did this problem not occur last year? Are there any restrictions or differences this year based on where players log in and their regional IPs?
