Black screen in ultimate game modes

Last couple days trying to play Rush and Rivals when I get into game it’s just black screen. This is something that needs to be fixed asap.
It is ruining the experience of the game. I have to quit games and loose progress but also get disconnection penalty for it.

with how big ea sports is this cannot be happening and I hope to be recompensed for the troubles this has caused me
