Sometimes, the connection is involved in errors with these background services during the installation. Please try troubleshooting the network, restarting the modem and the PC, checking for updates to install, using an Ethernet cable, or changing the DNS; these might help eliminate this error.
If possible, you could also check if the same error persists using a different connection to isolate the problem.
