Can’t install NFS Heat via Epic Games — EA Link Loop Problem

Hi EA team,

I’m having a major issue where I cannot play Need for Speed Heat through Epic Games.

When I try to launch the game, it keeps asking me to link my EA account, but when I attempt to do so, it says "This account is already linked."

Details:
- EA Account: LeRiNc123
- Epic Games Account: DRakic2

I have already:
- Verified the accounts are linked correctly (screenshot attached)
- Cleared cache on both EA App and Epic Games
- Reinstalled both launchers
- Tried contacting EA Help via Twitter and EA Help portal — no response
- Tried using a VPN to UK to get support options — no success

Please help me reset or refresh the link so that I can finally play my purchased game.
