Can someone help me unlink an EA account I no longer have access to

Heya I I've been having trouble recently with an old EA account I've lost access to over the years. It was an old account I had lost when I was a kid it had gotten hacked and over the years I've lost interest in getting it back it was also connected to my steam account that I currently use :P . Recently I've wanted to play some old EA games again and so I tried linking this account that I'm posting from but cant do to that because of the previous account. If anyone can give some advice or send me the EA support email that would be awesome sorry about the essay and I hope everyone is doing well thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you lots to anyone who sends help with my problem.
