Xbox and EA account link issue
It seems like I cant link my EA Account to my Xbox Account. On the Xbox app it says there's already an account linked, I press manage and it makes me log in on my EA Account in order to link it, once I log in and try to link it says my Xbox Account is already linked to a EA account (4d*****@disabled.ea.com) <-- this app the account linked? idek) . I must clarify, I've only had this one Xbox and EA account, I've never linked or unlinked any account, I've always used and had these two accounts. I've seen post regarding this issue as far as 12 years ago so I HIGHLY doubt it'll ever get fixed or support even helping me with this. GGs
Can't delete or change account's phone number
Hi recently my account was hacked and i recovered it thanks to ea support but there is a problem with my account. In ea portal there is a linked phone number with my account(its not mine). When i try to delete or change it verification codes go to that number. I mean there is no chance i can delete or change this number. Ea live chat said "we can't see any linked phone number with your account from our end". Check the screenshot please. Is it because they changed ea portal interface its kinda a bug?cannot respond to my support tickets
hello there, ive sent some tickets about something, and I can see the response from people helping, but I cannot actually type and respond to them. when I click resume ticket as well from the main menu I get sent to the page in photo attached. Ive also tried via emails and the links in them and had no luck
