EA Account Linked to Steam Incorrectly
Hello. I recently discovered that my Steam account is linked to an EA account that is not mine. When I try to play FC 25, it asks me for a verification code for an EA account that I have never used and is not associated with my email or any of my accounts. I contacted EA and Steam support, but I haven't been able to resolve the issue. Since the EA account is not mine, I need to unlink it from my Steam account and link my correct account instead. Has anyone experienced this before? I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed. Thank you for your help!Solved167Views1like3CommentsCan’t connect main PlayStation account
Had my EA account linked to an old PlayStation account of mine that is no longer in use and so I can’t link my current PlayStation account to this EA account because it was previously connected to an account I stopped using about 7 years ago. It keeps telling me that I can only connect 1 PlayStation account per EA account even if I unlinked the previous one. And so how can I relink a new account so I can actually use my EA account on my current PlayStation account?Solved9Views0likes1CommentLost email account linked steam.
I've been trying to play titanfall 2 for 3 months now, i purchased the game but it keeps telling me to change the password of an account that's very old, even older than my current EA account, the issue is that i no longer have access to the email, plus i don't remember the adress, I'm not even sure if it's mine to begin with. All i know is that advisors aren't doing anything to fix the issue, they just can't seem to delete my account. I bought the game, i have it right there, I have proof, but it keeps telling me to verify the ownership of my lost email. I am really desperate, and besides getting a refund and making a new steam account i don't know what to do. Can someone help?Solved42Views0likes4CommentsUnable to link a new PSN account.
I don't really know what I'm supposed to do, but my old PSN account is completely innacessible. It got hacked, banned, now I can't recover it. Tried for years. So, of course; when I got a NEW PSN account, I tried to directly link to the new one. But, it said you can only link one account per lifetime. Tried to contact support about it, but I kept getting shoved back by the AI, and when I eventually DID get to a resource hub, it said my case wasn't supported. I'm completely stuck with no idea on what to do. Anyone got any tips?Solved20Views0likes3CommentsRecently merged 2 EA accounts and I can't link my Steam account until next year.
Like the title said, I can't link my Steam to my now single EA account. I played the BF6 Beta and completed all challenges, so does that mean screw me until I can finally link my Steam to my EA account or what? Support didn't help me and said EA itself can't do anything about it until the cooling period or whatever is over. Update: My cooling period is over, but it is not letting me connect my Steam to my only EA account. I used my login info for my old account to see if it's still up and is still connected to my Steam account, but it logs me into my active account and I'm assuming that means that 2nd account has been merged. Why is it still refusing to let me reconnect my Steam account?120Views0likes4Comments
