I played Battlefield six beta where is the rewards?
Please EA I need some assistance to help me find my EA Battlefield six open beta rewards. I remember I did open them on the beta on the third weekend and ever since I thought it was still there in my account, it’s still says it since I got the game on December 26 I play on Xbox. I have the account both linked to Xbox and PlayStation I only downloaded the Battlefield six Red-sec game on PlayStation as well but I still don’t see it. It says open, but there is no open tab that I click on It doesn’t show me my rewards or any of the other ones I’ve completed. It still says I have received my open beta challenge rewards, but I don’t still see it. Please, I need help. ????1View0likes0CommentsProblem linking accounts
I've been trying to link my PlayStation account to my EA account but I keep getting an error saying that it's already connected to an EA account. The problem is the EA account it says it's already connected too is the one I'm trying to connect it too. Also if I use the PlayStation account to sign into EA it takes me to the account I want it connected too. I am at a loss of what to do and was wonder if i could get any help thank you.11Views0likes1CommentSomeone has used my email address to link their EA and PSN account
Hi guys, I just purchased a digital copy of Battlefield 6 for the PlayStation 5 and after installation I got a message saying my EA account has been banned when I don’t even one to begin with!! ive created a new EA account and it shows I don’t have any suspensions or bans, when I tried linking my EA account to my PSN account it says it’s currently linked to **bleep*******@maillv.com. i submitted a request to EA to get help on this issue, and got no response after 2/3 days. I managed to get in touch with someone a few days later on their chat system and with all the details I provided they said they can’t give me access as I got some details wrong which makes no sense as I was logged into my PlayStation while giving them all the details they asked for. I bought a game and can’t even play it because some clown has used my email address to link their EA and PSN account, I tried request a refund for battlefield and it says I’m not eligible as I bought a digital copy. any help/advice will be greatly appreciated. apologies if this topic has been posted already, I’m new to this and just trying to get online with Battlefield 6.13Views0likes1CommentGmail account change request

Hello Recently, my EA account and the email address linked to it were stolen and the passwords were changed. Now I can't log into any games. When I contact support to recover my account, they keep giving me the same answers and offering no solutions. I answer all their questions correctly, but they say they can't prove the account belongs to me. Their only reason is that my date of birth is incorrect. I don't even know when I created the account, so I randomly entered my date of birth, making it impossible for me to remember. I'm doing everything else, but still no solution is offered. Please help, I'm about to lose my mind. I have all the invoices for the games I bought and all the linked accounts. I just can't log into my account because I entered my date of birth randomly, and I keep getting the same answers from the recovery team.28Views0likes1Comment
