unlinking and relinking EA and Steam accounts
Hello, I have a question regarding unlinking and relinking EA and Steam accounts. I currently have two EA accounts and two Steam accounts. Each EA account is linked to a different Steam account. I would like to unlink EA Account #1 from Steam Account #1, and then link EA Account #1 to Steam Account #2 (after unlinking Steam Account #2 from EA Account #2). Is this possible under the current EA account linking policy? And if so, is there a 6-month wait period before I can link EA Account #1 to Steam Account #2?10Views0likes1Commentnot receiving verification code and support didnt help.
I have been trying to log in to my EA account using Steam for over a year now, and the app says it will send me a six-digit verification code—but it never gets sent. I have tried contacting EA support through chat twice. The first time, the support agent added a secondary email and sent the six-digit code to that email. It worked once, but when I tried to link my account with Steam again, it asked me to verify again, and this time it didn’t send the code to either the primary or the secondary email. The six-digit code worked once some years ago. In 2024, when I wanted to play again, it asked me to verify my credentials and said it sent another six-digit code, but it never reached my email. The second time I contacted chat support, the agent asked me questions like which games I owned and requested proof of purchase (I sent screenshots of my Steam purchase history), my Steam account name, and even my IPv4 address. However, he said it wasn't enough and told me I would need to start another chat to try again. I’m so frustrated. The main games I used to play are from EA. I’ve bought almost the entire Battlefield franchise, but I can’t play them anymore. This is unfair.16Views0likes0CommentsCan't link my EA account with my Xbox account.
I linked my EA account with my sister's Xbox account 2 years ago but today I want to unlink it. When I look at the linked accounts on my EA account, my sisters Xbox account doesn't show up BUT when I try to link my own Xbox account to my EA account it says that my EA account is linked to my sister's Xbox account (but as I said before my sister's Xbox account doesn't show up on my EA account's linked accounts.) I think it is a kind of bug and I am trying to fix it for more than a week. I hope somebody can help me. I have tried contacting support but nobody answered me so I decided to share this problem with EA Forums.Solved28Views0likes3CommentsEA and steam link

Some Russian hackers took over my original account and changed its password and email address. Now, when I try to recover my password, the reset link is sent to their email (el*****@rambler.ru). I’ve already submitted a ticket to EA Help, but I’m worried it may take forever for them to look into it—or they might ignore it entirely. I can provide my original email address and purchase history (including all IDs) if needed to restore my account.Solved38Views0likes2CommentsI lost my Account
My account was recently hacked. When the new update got pushed on the 17th, I tried to login the game on my PS5 account. When I logged in, it asked me to link an EA account like if you were doing cross progression. I am usually able to bypass it. This time was different. It forced me to login which I did. It then created a new account instead of linking my previous account. I was then greeted with a message " unable to login account logged into another device." I contacted EA support and they told me my account was hacked and recovered. I waited for an hour like the EA assistant told me to in order for the account to reset. Upon logging in, I noticed my account was completely reset to default as if it was a new account. All my progress and purchases were missing. I recontacted EA support and they said it was because it got linked to the new account created rather then the older account I had. Upon logging back in and checking my account, I noticed that my account was missing over 3000 apex coins. After I let the support know I was immediately greeted with there is nothing we can do from here. That is essentially saying that $30 dollars in monetary value is gone and there is nothing they can do. I was told to post on the forum and hope someone would respond which sounds like horrible business practice from a consumer stand point but what can you expect from EA. Been a player since season 0 but this is unacceptable. The fact that I have to post on a forum in hopes for a repones in hopes that I can be refunded for my time or money is totally crazy to me. But here is to hoping.9Views0likes0CommentsEA APP ADMİN HELP
I can't access my EA app account. I'm sick of this. My account email address is ardauluc**[edit: email address removed] . It's linked to my Steam account. I can't link it to another account. My Steam username is Solosster. EA Help won't help me. They say it's fixed, but nothing has.35Views0likes2CommentsCan’t link Xbox Account to EA Account
Hi all, This question may sound like a broken record to regular users of these forums. However after searching other posts I can’t find an answer to solve my own issue. I recently bought an Xbox Series X and have tried linking the account to my EA account so I can play FC25. However, I apparently already had an account linked which I don’t even recognise. I unlinked the account and quickly found out that you can only have one Xbox account linked for the lifetime of the EA account. Is there anyway to bypass this silly rule? Thanks!36Views1like1Comment
