Unable to unlink banned hacked ea account
The ea support system has to be the worst support system I’ve ever used like what do you mean I can’t unlink a hacked banned ea account? And when I try to appeal it all it says is system error please try again later like dude it’s not my fault for having some random dude change my email and turn on 2factor which got my account banned and which made me lose everything I’ve had and I’ve been trying to look for a solution for like 2 years and nothing is helping so if someone from ea can actually help me instead of just saying try to appeal it then at this point I’m just gonna sell my Xbox because most of my games are ea games and when I thought I could unlink my ea account through my console since ea added that option it’s had to be the most useless option ever added because I can’t even verify it’s me because all I see on my screen when I launch a game is that your account has been disabled so what’s the point of that option if it doesn’t even work? I have enough information to at least try to get my ea account unlinked from my Xbox but if no body helps me then I have lost all hope in ea support so please if someone can get me real help then I will appreciate it30Views0likes3CommentsAccount ban, game ban and positive solution to the problem!
Hello, I want to post this topic to share my unpleasant experience within 4 months and 2 weeks. First of all, I want to express my gratitude to EA support. My EA account was hacked more than 6 months ago, during a period when I was working hard, not playing games, and I was outside the country where I live. The hacker had violated EA's rules by playing Ultimate Team, I have never played Ultimate Team before. After which I received a ban on my account and a ban on the game, all FIFA/FC games. I filed a complaint, which was automatically rejected. I wrote to the support chat several times. Within 1 month, I managed to get my account back, but the ban on the game remained forever. I was totally and irretrievably desperate, I was not getting help and answers from anywhere. But I did not give up and did not give up, I wanted to prove that I was a victim and not a hacker. After several more complaints, although after almost 5 months, I succeeded! I got my account back, I got my rights back and all the bans were lifted! My advice to you is, whatever it costs you, however much time and nerves it costs you. Don't give up, prove that you are not a hacker and that you did not break the rules!36Views0likes2CommentsGot Hacked And Need Help

I just purchased Madden 26 Deluxe and College Football 26 Deluxe today. I am unable to link my newly created EA account to my Playstation account because it says that my PlayStation™Network account is already linked to my old EA Account associated with an old e-mail address. I no longer have access to the e-mail address (my university deactivated all alumni accounts last year), so I am stuck. I cannot access my old EA account because it is linked to my old e-mail address and I cannot delink the accounts through my Playstation account either. Please help or point me to someone who can assist! Thanks!61Views0likes4CommentsPlants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville

I have an active Xbox account and games purchased via Xbox / Microsoft store. Xbox account is linked to some EA Account. Everything was fine until recently. Few weeks ago when I log-in Battlefield6 or EA Sports FC24 games I get a pop-up for the verification code which is sent to unknown email "so****@gmail.com". This is not my email, I never used or had an email starting with "so...". So I cannot log-in on Xbox. The same issue I have when I try to log-in with Xbox account on the EA web - it sends codes to the email I do not own and I cannot log in. The EA Account I am using now, when posting this message, is based on the same email as my Microsoft / Xbox account. Although when I try to connect my Xbox account, which is based on the same email, I get the error: " Linked Accounts Found. Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account .... already linked to your EA Account for so*****@gmail.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime." I suspect that my Xbox connected to compromised EA Account where somebody put email address I do not use. I tried to speak with EA Help multiple times, but no resolution. AI chat loops and breaks at first steps. Live agents follow some strict scripts which do not cover such case. I provide all my emails, invoices, purchase confirmations, IP addresses etc., but EA Help refuse to change anything in the compromised account. Result: I cannot connect with Xbox account. I cannot re-link Xbox account to my actual email and actual EA Account. Appreciate any ideas on how to re-gain access to my purchased games.35Views0likes2CommentsUnknown email is linked to my EA account
I was playing EAFC just 3 days ago, and later that night, when I tried to play again, there was a message saying 'Sending verification code to '.........@hotmail.com'' which I never heard of. An unknown email was linked without my knowledge. I tried to contact EA Support about this issue, provided all necessary details that prove this is my account and still, it was hopeless. I have 400+ hours of gametime on EAFC, I love playing Career mode but this incident, this makes me lose hope in EA. There were no follow-ups, no support, advisor keeps asking for a so called 'RECEIPT' even when the screenshots were sent. Is this how EA treats their customers who paid 70USD for their game????50Views1like7Comments
