Cannot download "MySims" or "MySims Kingdom"

If you can run the EA Error Reporter and provide the Error Report number that would also be useful.
There aren't any error messages. I just double-click on either of 2 desktop icons, wait for the game to prepare and it takes me back to the EA app.
Edit: I also think that Intel HD Graphics 4000 isn't strong enough to handle "MySims: Cozy Bundle". How can I configure my PC to be able to run this game? It's just stupid to make a re-release require higher computer specifications. Anyone, please help...
