So I recently reinstalled BF4 after a fair amount of time away. When I went to actually boot the game up, I was told I needed a product key to activate the game on my computer. Steam doesn't seem to have provided me one, and I don't think I needed a key the first time around. Is there anything that can be done about this?
Edit: Launching the game through the EA app works, but it mentions that the premium edition was purchased through steam. Will I be missing those features if I play the game from the EA app now?
Second Edit: Apparently what I needed to do was boot up both the EA app and Steam as admin for it to work. Problem solved, you might wanna put a sign up somewhere, I get the feeling I'm not the only one who's had this issue.
