Cannot Verify Anything
Hello everyone. I am having a particularly weird issue where anytime I am trying to do anything that requires a code being sent, for example, just trying to set up my phone number with my account, or trying to connect EA to my Steam. It says that it's going to send a code to my email for a verification code, yet nothing is being sent. I have checked every single one of my folders, including spam and promotions, and yet nothing pops up. I am still beyond confused on how to progress forward or play any games at all without being able to go past the issue with the verification. Even if I wanted to change the email, I still have to go through the verification process, yet nothing is being sent to my email. Please, I need help.

Would you be using one of the more niche email providers by any chance?
It can happen that some of them do not support things like verification emails.
We can't really help with account issues like this on the forums, but what we can recommend is opening a case with our live support team here who can review your account with you.
