EA app Error - Code Redemption Failed – Invalid Product Configuration

Im redeeming my code to get the game. but EA app shows below: COMMERCE_SERVICE.VALIDATION_FAILED.INVALID_PRODUCT_CONFIGURATION please help. CM edit: edited title for clarity.

so i got the game Battlefield 4™ Premium Edition, but when i try to activate it, it give me this error... how can i resolve it?

Hi there, if you bought a code and you're getting an error when trying to use it, the best thing to do is reach out to EA Help. They might be able to sort it out for you. That said, it looks like the code might be invalid, so you may also need to contact the retailer you got it from to sort things out. Let us know if you have any other questions!
