Cant connect or see friends list

hi there. i had the same issue for the past 2 days but i found the soluution using the oldest method: reinstall the ea app. i thought it was a server connection problem from ea but it seems that it's resolved by reinstalling the ea app. let me know if that helped.

Even after reinstalling the application, restarting the app and clearing the cache, the issue seems to persist.
