cant launch any games

I launch ea fc25 through the EA app. Since the past 2 days the game is not working.  When you try to access the game( like you normally do, through EA app), first there's a pop up asking permission(for  something like admin privileges). When you proceed, it appears as if the game would run for a while, but a box pops up, asking your email id and password ( for logging in fc25 standard version edition),  when you proceed further, an error appears stating - (computer not connected to the internet, and they ask you to check your connections, even when you're already connected with the internet). This is what I'm facing. 

so i start nfs unbound as i always do by steam or ea app and it pop up preparing the game as usulal but after the loading bar i get back ea desktop and the game doest start i even tryed to start it bf4 and the same appened. i also tryed to star my games from my second pc but again same problem please try to fix it because i paid for this games

Alright, so it happens to you, EuroStar440e52, with games being launched via Steam only, right? And do you get any error codes?

Alright, madaraDuchiha12. And are you certain you own the game via the EA app and not another launcher like Steam or Epic for example, or even through EA Play via Xbox? 

I LOGIN through xbox icon on Ea App. I bought the game from right here( the loyalty edition)

yes correct it looks like it happens only with games connected to steam but it's impossible to make it works from steam and ea app. Unfortunately i don't have any error popping up i even tried recovery app and installing again games but none of that worked

I installed the EA App a week ago and I haven't been able to login once. I launch the app and a few seconds later the app crashes. After that a window comes up saying the app crashed unexpectedly and that window also crashes. I attached a screenshot. There's no error codes or anything. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried repairing via the uninstallation window, tried running as administrator. 

Regarding the launch of non-Steam-native EA titles via Steam: We're aware of an issue affecting some players. Those attempting to launch certain EA titles with anti-cheat systems and/or Denuvo may encounter problems, such as crashes during startup.  

Would you please mention which games you're having this issue with? And does it crash, or not boot at all? I see FC25 and BF1 being mentioned a couple of times.

I cannot launch EA App. When I launch it, it crashes when I'm putting in my login information. Therefore I cannot login to my account. I have BF 5 on Steam. When I press on play on Steam, it launches the EA App which then crashes and nothing happens. The only thing close to an error I get, is the screenshot I provided.

EA Error Reporter crashes too. I tried updating, tried deleting everything linked to EA, Electronic Arts and installing CCleaner to delete cache and downloading EA App from the website and doing a fresh install, but it still crashes.
