cant launch any games
i am trying to plsy nfs heat but nothing will launch. can any1 help me.

A general statement like "I can't launch any games" doesn’t really give us enough to go on. To get help from the community or from us, we’ll need a bit more detail.
Is there an error message? Or can you describe what’s happening when you try to launch the game? The more info you can provide, the better we can assist you!
I installed the EA App a week ago and I haven't been able to login once. I launch the app and a few seconds later the app crashes. After that a window comes up saying the app crashed unexpectedly and that window also crashes. I attached a screenshot. There's no error codes or anything. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried repairing via the uninstallation window, tried running as administrator.
