can't load sims
ever since the new update i haven't been able to load the ea app without using data OR even load the sims game at all. I have tried absolutely everything they've suggested and nothing's helped

cbannister11 To be clear, does the EA App work fully some of the time? And if so, what exactly are you doing that makes it work? What happens when it doesn't work: do you get an error message, what does it say, etc.?
Please be as detailed as you can, and add a screenshot or two if it helps.
