Czarny ekran po włączeniu The Sims 4
Dobry wieczór, Mam problem z grą The 4. Wyjełam folder mods z folderu gry i to też nic nie dało"App not starting" issue
Outsourcing help to a user forum is awful and doesn't actually solve any issues. I'm having the "App not starting" issue. Yes i've reinstalled, yes with and without the REVO uninstaller. Yes i've restarted my PC. I've done all the typical things anyone would go through when doing basic troubleshooting. This is clearly a bigger problem and we need a proper support team to help actually fix the problem. This forum is useless, the answers are useless. If we can't actually fix the problem I would like a refund for all games I have. I can't access them anyway why should you have my money? CM edit: edited title for clarity.53Views2likes3CommentsGames not launching
I have two EA games I purchased via Steam, been playing them nicely for months, than all of a sudden they started refusing to launch 3 weeks ago (which makes me suspect of an automatic update of the EA software having been pushed somewhere near middle to end of March?). Symptom: when I click "Play" on Steam app or EA app, it says it is launching it for a couple of seconds, and then I'm back to the "Play" button -- with no error message whatsoever. I'v been investigating and found out that my C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive directory is filled with subdirectories named "AppCrash_Link2EA.exe_someRandomCode". WER stands for Windows Error Reporting I believe. Basically, there is one such directory for every time I've started to launch any of these two EA games. Log dumped in each folder does not seem super helpful to me, but some EA tech guy could have a look maybe? I'm attaching one of the logs as an example. Tried uninstall / reinstall EA Desktop uninstall / reinstall Steam clean EA Desktop cache clean Steam cache "clean boot" (no extra services, no start-up apps) in Windows run Link2EA.exe and EADesktop.exe as admin you name it Weird pattern worth being noted: if I uninstall EA Desktop and then try to launch the games from within Steam, Steam installs EA Desktop and in this scenario it is EADesktop.exe itself which is crashing (according to WER): indeed, the EA app won't launch if I try to start it manually. On the contrary, if I uninstall EA Desktop and reinstall it myself, at least I can launch EADesktop.exe (the EA app), and then it is Link2EA.exe which is crashing when I try to fire up games. Online support was... well, you know. It was like going to ER with a broken leg and being adviced to take blood tests to check what is the issue. It is a shame that I cannot use the products I have paid for due to what clearly is a bug in the software of the vendor. And it is a shame that we are left with posting on forums instead of receiving real support. Of course I will never buy again from EA if this issue is not fixed really soon.Issues with starting the game after changing countries
Hi everyone, I am experiencing an issue trying to start my game after moving countries. I’ve also had to change the country in App Store and that’s when the game just wouldn’t work anymore. I’ve contacted EA Support and tried the below: uninstalling and installing the game changing country settings in the app changing language settings in the app clearing app’s cache creating new admin account on Mac and installing EA app Unfortunately, nothing is working. I’ve attached the screenshot.EA App suddenly stopped opening on Windows 11
Hi everyone, About two days ago, the EA App suddenly stopped opening on my computer without any apparent reason. Until then, I was able to play my games normally, but now, when I try to launch the app, nothing happens — no error message, and the interface doesn’t show up. What I’ve tried so far: Ending all EA-related processes in Task Manager and trying again Adding an exception in the antivirus and even disabling it Running as administrator Changing compatibility settings Running EA App Recovery and EA App Update Submitting a report using EA Error Reporter (I have the ticket ID) Completely uninstalling and reinstalling the EA App Rolling back the latest Windows updates Still, the issue remains. Interestingly, the EA App appears as a running process in Task Manager, but the interface never loads. Even when trying to launch a game directly from its shortcut, neither the game nor the EA App starts. Additional info: Windows 11, version 24H2, build 26.100.3624 I work in IT and have technical knowledge, I’ve tried many solutions before reaching out here. No system changes or suspicious installations occurred between the time it was working and when it stopped. I honestly don’t know what else to do. If anyone has faced this issue or knows of a fix, I’d really appreciate your help!689Views12likes21CommentsEA Sports FC 25 Activation Issue
Dear EA Support, I am experiencing an issue activating EA Sports FC 25 on my computer. Every time I try to launch the game, I receive an error stating that the game could not be activated using the EA account I provided. I have followed all the tips given by the previous advisor, but I still can’t open my EA FC 25. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, EA, and FC 25 overnight, but it still won’t open. Every time I try to launch it, it shows the same message as in the picture I sent in the file. I have also deleted the License file as instructed by the previous advisor. I have followed other steps from YouTube as well, but the result is still the same—I can’t open the game. Please help me. I even created a new EA account, but the same screen still appears as shown in the file. I’ve tried everything, including running EA as an administrator, deleting and reinstalling, but it still doesn’t work. I even deleted FC 25 and re-downloaded it, but it still won’t launch. Before this, I could play without any issues, but starting yesterday, this problem appeared. What else can I do? Please help me. I’ve spent the entire night trying to fix this, but there’s still no solution.341Views0likes10CommentsEA App not connecting to internet
I have been trying to update my sims 4 game, but the app continues to state it cannot connect to the internet. I play using a Mac, and my Mac is connected to the internet. I tried clearing the cache, logging in and out of the app, uninstalling and reinstalling it, and none of it worked. I reached out to the support team via chat and they just told me to report it on the forums.124Views2likes7CommentsIs there any way to make the EA app start in offline mode?
I am a US marine deploying onto a ship soon and will not have internet access. I can turn the app to offline mode and play them without connection, but only if I start off connected to the internet. If I have to turn off or restart my laptop for any reason, I can no longer play EA games. Dragon Age and Mass Effect are some of my favorite games ever, so if I can't play them the whole time I'm gone, it'll be a real bummer. Is there a way I can I force the app to only start in offline mode so I can continue to play my favorite games?118Views0likes2Comments
