EA AntiCheat fails to launch games from D: drive [Report ID Included]
Hi EA Team and Community, I am experiencing a critical issue where EA AntiCheat fails to launch games installed on my secondary drive (D:). This problem affects multiple titles in my library, including Star Wars Battlefront II, Battlefield 1, and most recently Battlefield 6. Right after triggering the AntiCheat launcher, the game process simply closes without presenting any error message. However, games launch and run completely fine when installed on the primary system drive (C:). I have already submitted an EA Error Report directly through the EA App. Report ID: d38e959f-fe38-4d20-aee8-0c0fb4f3fb93 Troubleshooting steps already attempted on my system: - Secure Boot & UEFI: Verified via msinfo32 that Secure Boot is ENABLED and BIOS mode is set to UEFI. - Digital Certificates: Manually re-installed digital certificates for EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe and EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe into the Local Machine store. - AntiCheat Reinstall: Performed clean reinstallations using EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe with administrative privileges. - Antivirus/Firewall: Added full path exclusions for all game directories in Windows Defender. - Junction Links: Attempted mapping directories from D: to C: using `mklink /J`, but EA App path validation still blocks execution. System Specs: - OS: Windows 10 - CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X - GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 - RAM: 16 GB Since system requirements and permissions are fully met, this clearly points to a bug in how EA App / EA AntiCheat handles file paths and permissions on secondary/non-system drives (D:). Could the Community Managers please escalate this issue to the engineering team? Thank you!Ea app acting really weirdly
Just got a microsoft acc with gamepass 1 month to play fc26,i open the ea app,i login,it gives me a blank screen for 30 seconds then gives a server error,if i stay idle after some minutes it opens the ea app,i try to launch the game, game says launching ac and then launcing game,it closes blinks and opens ea app once again .EA PLAY PRO stops me downloading any games.
When trying to download games with my new EA pro play account it tells me that "You are not eligible to play this game" and that "you do not have access, we have cancelled the download because you do not own this game" Even though the games (F1 25 and college football 27 are available in the play pro store) Can you please find a solution to this quickly as I do not want to waste my money on a subscription that isn't working for half of the time. Tank you,Battlefield 1 Revolution crashes shortly after launch
Hello, I purchased Battlefield 1 Revolution through the EA App. The game worked only for the first 10 minutes or less after I bought it. After that, it started crashing every time I tried to launch it. When I click Play, the game opens for a few seconds and then closes, returning me to the EA App without any error message. I have already Reinstalled the game. Repaired the game. Updated my graphics driver. Restarted my PC. Unfortunately, the issue still persists, and I am unable to use the product I purchased. Please help me resolve this issue. If it cannot be resolved, I would like to request a refund. Thank you12Views0likes1CommentPC_inst-3-1920 Error - EA APP unable to update and install
I´m really getting annoyed by the continous EA App and Patch Errors this company delivers. I´ve never had problems in the last 25 Years with any of the other companies apps - Steam, Ubi, Epic etc., only EA is taking me whole weekends and weeks to fix the bugs. The start of BF6 and the patch afterwards have been a desaster. Setup: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D 16-Core Processor (4.30 GHz), 64GB Ram, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 (16 GB), Windows 11 Pro I´m experiencing this now for over a week, first the app popped up upon launching the computer and told me, that the update doesn´t work. One time the app loaded, I purchased the new bf6 pro season and played. Yesterday nothing worked for me. I´ve been trying several things now, to get this up and running. tryed to repair the app - didn´t work deinstalled the app and swiped the leftover files and tried to install new - didn´t work putting the app in the ms defender preventing problems with the firewall - nothing happened clearing the cache with the EA Tool loading the eabackroundservice manually trying the EAUpdater starting the Programs with admin following all this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E0Uz-4TWra0&t=254s installed the newest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable I took an image from 18.07.26, which I made and I tried this 2 times to get the app working again - nothing. I don´t know, what to do now. Hoping the next patch will fix all of this and not playing? wow...Cant launch Plants vs. Zombies GW2

I planned to play this with my wife but this thing bricks it. I tried: 1. Go through my processes and turn off everything with name "daemon" 2. Restart PC and then again turn off everything with name "daemon" I dont plan to play PvP so is there any way to go around this? Thank you in advance44Views0likes2CommentsEA app opens itself when I'm not using it??
I've seen other people discussing this before, but I'm struggling with my EA app constantly opening itself and taking me to it when I have it completely shut. This is disrupting work and other games, and is even happening right now! The other forum on here with this issue said to turn off automatically opening on startup (MacBook) and I've already had this turned off for months, and the second option was to turn it off in the EA app settings- there's no option for this to be turned off? It's super infuriating and I'd love it if there was an actual solution to this as it's been happening for almost a year every single day.321Views0likes3CommentsSWGOH PC client connection error after EA App update
Hi. I have a critical problem connecting to the game through the EA App on PC. Previously, everything worked, and I could switch between my accounts. I used to click the game shortcut directly without waiting for the EA App to fully load, and it synced my profile in the background. Now, after the recent EA App update, the launcher itself loads perfectly, but the game won't start. It gives a connection error and says there is no internet, even though my internet works fine. The game downloads and reinstalls without issues, but it refuses to launch. No network fixes help. Because of this EA App bug, I cannot play and am losing my progress in the current events. Will this be fixed soon, and will there be any compensation? Please help.Playing Sims 4 Offline
Whenever I try to play the Sims 4 offline a message pops up saying I have been "offline for awhile," with the error code "EC:200." It then prompts me to sign in again to my EA account and reconnects me online. This happens each time i try to set my account to offline. How can this be fixed?
