EA Sports FC 25 Activation Issue
Dear EA Support, I am experiencing an issue activating EA Sports FC 25 on my computer. Every time I try to launch the game, I receive an error stating that the game could not be activated using the EA account I provided. I have followed all the tips given by the previous advisor, but I still can’t open my EA FC 25. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, EA, and FC 25 overnight, but it still won’t open. Every time I try to launch it, it shows the same message as in the picture I sent in the file. I have also deleted the License file as instructed by the previous advisor. I have followed other steps from YouTube as well, but the result is still the same—I can’t open the game. Please help me. I even created a new EA account, but the same screen still appears as shown in the file. I’ve tried everything, including running EA as an administrator, deleting and reinstalling, but it still doesn’t work. I even deleted FC 25 and re-downloaded it, but it still won’t launch. Before this, I could play without any issues, but starting yesterday, this problem appeared. What else can I do? Please help me. Not wanting to have too many programs running in the background, I close the ones I don't use regularly. The problem is that when I close the EA app, it will without fail start back up some hour(s) later. And it's IMMENSELY annoying me as it just plonks itself on top of whatever it is I'm currently doing! And no, stopping it from starting when I boot the computer doesn't work. Sooner or later it's going to start up anyway. And even if it did work, it'd just solve it until I started the app and then shut it down again after I'm done playing a game. I clicked on the EA APP and a pop up appears that said "DOWNLOADING", after a few seconds it gave me an error and so on. After playing around with deleting cache and flushing dns, I decided to uninstall the app. I'm trying to reinstall it by going into the ea website but every time I press download app, windows download... it gives me this message "origin-a.akamaihd.net took too long to respond.". I tried playing around with the permissions, disabling my security, and even tried downloading it from an alternative site which when I thought could work but then it kept on giving me a different download error... So I was able to sign into my account on here no problem but when I try to log into my app it just shows a blank grey screen, not even the ea bar thing at the top. I have cleared the cache and tried restarting my computer but nothing, and I am unable to do anything else because, well, it won't let me access anything else. My EA keeps repeatedly crashing whenever I open the EA app or launch Battlefront 2 from Steam. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the app and game. I have run the EA updater and the EA app recovery. First it gave me issues such as I'm not entitled to the language that is installed. Now I can't even open the app on its own, and when I launch a game through steam it is stuck on the starting game loading bar and then it crashes after 5 seconds.Account stuck in Invisible status
Creating another discussion. My first appears to have been deleted. As the topic states, when starting up the EA App on my PC, my account shows me in Invisbile status. I've tried the App Recovery option within the app, I've tried running the App Recovery program in the EA folder on my PC, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. (as administrator as well). Nothing has worked. Please fix my account or provide a solution. Also, tried to change status with BF2042 and it will not allow me to change status and I do not see any friends online (and they cannot see me either). Attachment shows my view within the app. Thanks.
