Can't see on line friends on EA Desktop. i have try it all .
Also installing my game on other computer +EA Desktop Same problem.!!
I see my friend on line when i am lunching my game BUT not in the Main EA Desktop App.
My ID dot Grayed.. cant switch to Online , Away ,Invisible.
I see the Error : Connection failed. We couldn't connect you to other players.If problem persists, try restarting the app.
This has happened to me as well, and I have only noticed it within the last frame of 3 hours or so since I returned. When I was online earlier, 8 or so hours earlier, things were functioning normally. I tried resetting the app as it says to do so in the error message, and to no avail. I also tried doing an EA app repair, and that was a fruitless endeavor. This has to clearly be on EA's end. Unlike you though, I can't see any of my other friends activity, all that I can do, is change from invisible to away to online, not that that changes anything.
I'm having the same issue and so is my buddy. Seems like an outage

ITS EA PROBLEM - I WAIT 1 DAY OPEN THE APP ALL WORK !!!
Is anyone else getting this error message? Mines not worked for a few days now. No problem with my Wifi at home.
