As a heads up, I've edited your post to remove that code. Even though you're seeing a message that this has already been redeemed, it's generally best not to give that out on a public board.
Have you had a chance to check that the game wasn't added to your account even with the message you're now seeing? It may help to cache clear the EA app just to confirm whether the game is available, or if this may just be a display issue. If you go through those steps and restart the EA app, try checking your library after that point to see if it's available.
If the game still isn't appearing after that point, it would be best to check back in with the retailer where that was purchased. Unfortunately, it doesn't sound as though the one you've mentioned is on this list of trusted retailers, so we would not be able to provide any other information or details about codes purchased from them specifically.
