Connection failed

Hello everybody!!

Since yesterday, i've been trying to connect ea to my internet in order to go online to enter the gallery in sims 4, but it hasn't seemed to work. i've been using different internet, repairing the game, logging out of my account etc. But still, it haven't seen to be doing me any good. Please help! i can't use the gallery anymore!!

(Im using a mac book pro 2022 for reference)
