Constant payment failure
I tried to purchase a Sims 4 customized bundle, but my payment is being constantly rejected by the new EA app which I've had to install today. I tried deleting my existing Paypal payment method and then reinstalling it making sure the name matched my credit card exactly but it still wouldn't work. I then deleted Paypal and opted to add my credit card directly as the payment method instead but when I tried to process the order EA still wouldn't accept the payment. I then tried deleting all payment methods and making the purchase by adding my credit card directly in at the time of purchase and double checking address etc. but the payment still would not go through. I had no payment issues before when using the old Origin but this new app simply doesn't want to accept my money. I have no idea how to check that the location on my EA account matches my location. I think my original EA account was registered to USA instead of my actual country but I have no idea how to check or change that since my account was created almost 2 decades ago!!! I've been all over the Help site and found nothing that solves my issue and no option to talk to a live person. Basically, if EA doesn't want to accept my money directly, then I will look for an alternative vendor if I want any EA games and at this rate, I think I might just put a hold on all EA products for now.
I've made one last attempt and now EA doesn't even recognise my credit card, the exact same one that it recognised not more than an hour ago!
