Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I play on the mac via the ea app, a few weeks ago i logged back into my account and all my content has disappeared, when i open the game my saves are there but says i require packs to play for full content and says i own nothing,andi own most of it. So I left it around 5 weeks to log in today and still have the same problem. it has also set my gameplay time back down to 0 mins.

is anyone else having this problem? and have they fixed it? and what exactly are they doing about it as ive not been able to play for weeks :(

    Hey EllieF98xx​,

    It sounds to me like you might be logging in with the wrong account. I assume it;s the Sims you're playing: all of your saves are stored locally on the machine itself, so it makes sense why you'd see them, but if it's the wrong account then that would explain why your packs and play time have vanished.

    Have you made any other accounts in the past? I'd recommend trying to log in using any other emails you might have to see if they log you into the right account.

    It is the same account I’ve always played with so I can’t see it being that I don’t think.
