Destined for glory event issue

Greetings , 

appreciate your support for the repeated issue while start the game in destined for glory event , the game start perfect then disconnect within seconds , internet is very good and working fine with other events and modes , only the game disconnect within seconds in destined for glory event , I have lost the loan player games for this issue , I can’t play the event and complete the event rewards, please check and advise.
