Didn't receive bonus Sims 4 grunge kit with Sims 2 legacy

I bought the Sims 2 legacy through Amazon UK EA store and redeemed my code but the bonus pack of The Sims 4: Grunge Revival kit does not show as owned and isn't sitting in my library waiting to be downloaded. I bought it 4 days ago. I've tried uninstalling Sims 2 and reinstalling. I've tried repairing Sims 4. I've also tried clearing the cache of the EA app. I can't think what else to do and the Amazon site is not giving me the option to seek help through their customer services for this particular purchase, just the previous sims 4 packs purchases. Is there something I've not tried? Please help.

  • I had the same problem. I eventually did a Google search for Amazon CEO email address and someone got back to me and I started screenshoting the replies I was getting from one and sending it to the other because I was getting really annoyed with the whole farce. Amazon eventually decided to refund me. Not the result I hoped for but customer services for both companies are absolutely useless.

    If you've not received that kit with your bundle, you'll want to get in contact with Amazon directly so they can review your purchase details and provide that extra code for you.

  • I bought the Sims and Sims 2 legacy collection and I didn't receive the bonus Sims 4 kits on either. The grunge revival or the throwback fitness kits. Amazon will not help me and EA won't help me. It has been a nightmare. Amazon says I have to contact ea the game developer and EA says I have to contact amazon the retailer I bought it from. I have tried to resolve this issue for days. Neither company is taking responsibility.
