Re: How to Fix the "You don't have access" Error in EA app - '24

I can't install Red Alert 3 from my Command and Conquer Ultimate Collection because it says I don't own it. Trying to go through regular support chat bot and it just replies that they don't sell RA3 and can't help me. I've cleared the download caches and reinstalled EA app and still nothing.

Thanks for reaching out. Based on previous reports, this appears to be a temporary issue in some cases and often resolves on its own.

In the meantime, you may want to take a look at the workarounds shared in this post and see if it helps.
