EA APP Crash

IM trying to download sims, sims 2, sims medieval and my EA app is crashing, or not loading right and i can't do anything with it. can I get help please.

Hey there,

When your app is crashing, do you see any error messages? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps yet?
