Autokey error (84)

Hello,

i can't launch any game on the ea app (windows 11).

right after the anticheat launches, i get an autokey error (84) which says that the game is already launched and that i should try to reboot the computer.  i have this message either with fc25 or skate.

i tried to remove all the app on my computer except the EA app but it still doesn't work.

i called the assistance but they didn't manage to find the problem and asked me to open a topic on this forum.

Any help would be appreciated
