EA APP CRASH

My game crashes as soon as i open it, i have not been able to play for a week. Please help me. I think I found the error, its listed in the txt file attached below.

I´ve already re-installed ea app, ea fc26, windows, ea anti cheat and done many things to fix the error but nothing helps me. Please give me a solution.

  • Sorry to hear you're running into this.

I’m not sure if you’ve already tried the following steps, but they may be worth checking.

First, please free up some space on your C: drive. Your C: drive currently only has around 7.2 GB of free space, which is likely too low for the EA app, AntiCheat, the EA launch process, and temporary files. I’d recommend clearing enough space to have at least 25 to 30 GB available.

After that, please try the following:

    1. Perform a clean reinstall of the EA app.
    2. Reinstall or repair the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables.
    3. Update to the latest AMD Chipset Driver.
    4. Open Command Prompt as administrator, then run these commands one by one:

    fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    sfc /scannow

    5. Perform a clean boot to check whether another background program or service may be interfering.

Please let us know if any of these steps help.

As I haven’t heard back from you in some time, I’m hoping that means this issue is no longer troubling you. If you have any other questions or would like to share anything, I’d be glad to see you around again.
