EA App Error The App Crashed Unexpectedly

Hi there,

If you’re on PC, make sure you’re running the EA app as an administrator. You can also try adding the EA app and your games as exceptions to see if that fixes installation issues.

1. Close the EA app.
2. Right-click the EA app icon on your desktop (or in the EA app installation folder if it's not on your desktop) and select Run As Administrator.
3. Add EADesktop.exe, EALauncher.exe, and EABackgroundService.exe to your anti-virus and firewall allow lists. Learn how to add exclusions to your Windows Security settings here
