EA APP FRIEND LIST NOT WORKING ONLY SHOWN "CONNECTION FAILED"

I want to play apex with my friends,  but since the EA APP Friend List not working, it wont show up on my friend list in game even when I already have them added to the EA account, I've tried clearing cache through app recovery, reinstalling the EA APP multiple times, trying another network, it just wont work
