EA app Friends List Problem - still dont load friends list

For 2 days now I can't see my friends in the EA app, I thought it was nothing, I can't see anyone online in my friends list in bf2042. In some discussion threads it is marked that this problem has been solved, but I think this is not true. Don't give us excuses like “restart the app” or “fix your internet settings”. please come up with definitive and more constructive solutions
