I can't upload an image to replace my avatar. I am going into the EA app clicking on "My Profile" then clicking on "Manage". It will then take me to the Account Management web page. When I click on the little pencil button next to my avatar the only option that comes up is "Choose from gallery". There is no "Upload Image" option.
I have already tried signing out, restarting the EA app, and deleting the site cookies. Other EA users I know can upload a custom image for their avatar and i have no idea why I can't. If anybody has any suggestions, please reply.
Resize it. Keep making it smaller till it accepts it.

I'm having the same issue, the button doesn't even appear and I don't even have answers if it's even possible anymore or if I gotta do something before being able to change it
