If you haven't already, please quit the app and try following the steps on this page to clear all the residual files that uninstalling may miss. After that, delete the app and the installer, restart your device, and download a new version of the installer and launch it.

I've tried step by step what you suggested and still getting the same error code. Im so upset I don't know what to do next. Thank you so much for your help is there anything else that I can do?

In that case, the problem might be on the macOS level. We can try the step below, though please continue at your discretion as this will involve computer-level changes that we will not be able to support:
- If the system is Intel-based, try resetting the SMC
- Check if your device is Intel-based by doing the following:
Apple menu > About this mac
Then check if it says "chip" (Apple Silicon) or "processor" (Intel).
- Check if your device is Intel-based by doing the following:
If resetting the SMC doesn't work or the system isn't Intel-based, try the method below:- Reinstall the current version of macOS to repair any broken permissions (using macOS Recovery or method of your choice)
