EA App crash
When I try to launch EA FC26, the EA application sometimes opens, freezes, and closes, or it closes without any warning. It appears in Task Manager for a few seconds and then closes. I've tried everything. I've watched many videos on YouTube, contacted EA live support, but nothing has fixed it.Solved293Views0likes38CommentsEa App Keeps Crashing When Launched
I haven’t been able to open my ea app. Every time I launch it, it sends a pop up saying the app crashed unexpectedly. It gives me the option to restart the app or just exit. I have looked everywhere and tried everything I can think of. I have tried: •Running as Administrator •Unplugging anything connected to my laptop •Uninstalling my laptop •Launches the app with the two boxes saying Run as administrator and disable full screen optimization •Disconnecting from the internet and launching the app •I’ve tried clearing the cache, but when I go to where everyone says you find the cache folder they aren’t there •I also tried opening task manager as administrator and closing all things related to the ea app Anyone else having this problem and have you found a solution?'Failed to Launch Game: An Error on Our End' for Multiple Games. Any Fixes?
I read all the forum messages about this issue from 3 years ago and tried all their solutions. I sent in a ticket to EA Games. I cleared the cache, restarted everything, went into the EA Games folder in my program files, tried running as administrator, tried everything else people mentioned. I forced a game update, an app update, and all produced no results. What is the point of having a game you can't open? I never had this problem before the app. Yes, my new laptop meets and exceeds all requirements. Running Windows 11. What else can I do? And if the error is on EA Games end, why can't they fix it? Hi, I wasn't sure to post this here or in the Sims 4 section, but I've notice recently the home page of the Sims 4 game become glitched and pixelated, I've taken a snip of what's happening. It doesn't happen straight away but it is noticeable when it does happen.[UPDATE] EA app Friends List, Invites, Cross-Play — What's Going On
Hi all, For last few weeks, the right side of the EA app is in indefinite loading screen. My profile pic, status and friend list are a part of this infinite loading screen, PFA. Because of this, in game friends who are online don't show up as well as I don't show as Online for my friends. I have no issue playing the game but I am no longer able to play with my friends. Tried the following but nothing helped: App uninstall and re-install. Delete reg edit entries, clear local data after EA uninstall and reinstall. Delete Apex legends and EA app, delete all involved folders, local data, reg edit entries and reinstall. Restart router. Also tried installing EA app in D: drive(custom location) but it keeps installing in C: drive. Not sure if this helps though.18KViews41likes428CommentsUrgent: 2FA Codes Not Working for 4 Days
Hello EA Support, I am contacting you regarding an ongoing issue with my EA Account that has prevented me from accessing my account and claiming in-game rewards for the last 4 days. My account is protected by Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), but I am no longer receiving verification codes through any of the available methods. Every attempt to send a code results in an error message stating: “Something went wrong. Try again later.” Due to this issue, I am unable to access important account features and claim rewards that I have legitimately earned, including: XP rewards Season rewards Hero Tokens Other time-limited content These rewards may expire, and I am concerned about losing progress and content because of a technical issue that is completely outside of my control. I kindly request that EA Support urgently review my account and either: Temporarily disable Two-Factor Authentication, or Reset/update my verification method, or Provide an alternative way to verify my identity and regain access. I am fully prepared to verify ownership of the account through any information required, including account details, purchase history, linked platform accounts, or any other verification process. This issue has been ongoing for 4 days, and I would greatly appreciate a prompt resolution before I miss additional rewards and seasonal content. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response. Kind regards, My email : [CM edit - remove personal info]. : My EA Account is linked to my PlayStation/Steam account, and I can still access the platform account, which can be used to help verify my ownership of the EA Account.EA app crashing instantly after launched, cannot access or play any EA games!!!
This problem has been arround for far too long. I CAN`T ACCESS MY LIBRARY AND PLAY THE GAMES I BOUGHT!!!!!! Has started since the update that changed the orange icon to the blue icon. The app literally opens and closes immediately after. Doesn`t show any error code. Just this mess time after time trying to get to play the game i want. Tried uninstalling and reinstaling it. Tried cleaning the cache. Tried repairing the app with the built-in tool. Tried other solutions that other people suggested. Nothing worked. What`s up EA? Why havn`t you fixed this yet? As from what i saw around the internet, this is not just a problem with my PC! And worse... seems like ther is no irect way to communicate with no one inside EA to asl for direct help. Running on Windows 11 pro. What do you suggest?Solved120Views0likes8CommentsEA needs to get rid of their app
As the title says, the app needs to be removed and EA needs to **bleep** off. First off, no one wants to install the EA app just to play a game. Second, no one wants to install an app made by a 6 year old, an app of which repeatedly opens throughout the day when playing an EA game. I've also had numerous instances where the EA app overrides Steam and forces the game to close out of the blue. With that being said, the EA app is going to be the reason why EA ends up in a massive lawsuit not only for forcing consumers to install an app that serves no real purpose at all but to connect to EA's services; but installing an app that behaves like malware and takes unauthorized action on a person's computer. With that being said, if EA is going to have an app, they need to do what Rockstar does and just have it run in the background without bothering the user or interfering. I lost Ultimate parts in NFS because the **bleep** app closed the game. To top it all off, I don't even use EA's services, nor do I care to.
