'Failed to Launch Game: An Error on Our End' for Multiple Games. Any Fixes?
I read all the forum messages about this issue from 3 years ago and tried all their solutions. I sent in a ticket to EA Games. I cleared the cache, restarted everything, went into the EA Games folder in my program files, tried running as administrator, tried everything else people mentioned. I forced a game update, an app update, and all produced no results. What is the point of having a game you can't open? I never had this problem before the app. Yes, my new laptop meets and exceeds all requirements. Running Windows 11. What else can I do? And if the error is on EA Games end, why can't they fix it? I've reinstalled the app and when I try to log in, the app crashes, I try to open it again, crashes again. After a couple of tries I can log in into the app and looks like is working properly. A couple minutes later I try to install BF1 and the app crashes at the middle of the download. Open it again, the download finishes and the app crashes again. When I open the app, there is a chance that the app will not crash at launch, but then when I try to open BF1, the app crashes and the game freezes while showing the splash art and then crashes. I try to use the EA Error Reporter but the reporter also crashes. I'm really tired of using this app. I have never had a problem like this before, and now I can't play any of my games. Is there a way to fix this problem?. I've look online and none of the information I found was useful.EA app crashes within 2-3 seconds after opening
I urgently need help. For months now, I've been having a problem where the EA app closes itself within 2-3 seconds of starting, and I can't start or do anything. Since I have “repaired” and uninstalled the app several times at the request of support, I am now stuck in the login menu when I try to start the EA app and cannot do anything because the app closes on its own after 2-3 seconds as usual. I have tried everything conventional and even performed a clean boot. For this reason, I gave up working on this problem months ago. Now EA FC 26 is coming out and I would like to play the game, but I need the EA Launcher to do so. I now need your help to find a solution or further steps to finally be able to access the app again. I've been able to play Apex Legends on Steam the whole time, but that's not good enough for EA FC, ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE EA APP! Problem in a nutshell: The app opens with a black screen (now after reinstalling in the login menu) freeze and closes on its own after 2-3 seconds, over and over again. Sometimes I get a crash report requesting a restart. This does not happen. Only by manually reopening the app does it open and crash again.EA Games not launching
I have been having problems where my madden games won't launch. It started with madden 25, and is now continuing with madden 26. I have tried reinstalling both launcher and game, disabling anti-virus, regedit, running as administrator, and nothing works. Then, all of a sudden I get this gray box asking me to sign in. I sign in with my credentials and nothing happens.63Views0likes2Comments[UPDATE] EA app Friends List, Invites, Cross-Play — What's Going On
Hi all, For last few weeks, the right side of the EA app is in indefinite loading screen. My profile pic, status and friend list are a part of this infinite loading screen, PFA. Because of this, in game friends who are online don't show up as well as I don't show as Online for my friends. I have no issue playing the game but I am no longer able to play with my friends. Tried the following but nothing helped: App uninstall and re-install. Delete reg edit entries, clear local data after EA uninstall and reinstall. Delete Apex legends and EA app, delete all involved folders, local data, reg edit entries and reinstall. Restart router. Also tried installing EA app in D: drive(custom location) but it keeps installing in C: drive. Not sure if this helps though.Solved11KViews36likes294Comments[INFO REQUEST] Error Code: EC:10005 In EA app
For days now, I’ve been reaceiving this error code on my PC. I repaired the EA App, uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked my Norton firewall, reset my router, ran as Administrator and tried other fixes, but the error persists. This has never happened before, and it only affects the EA App—my Steam games run without issue. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP!!Solved1.8KViews11likes106CommentsEA App suddenly stopped opening on Windows 11
Hi everyone, About two days ago, the EA App suddenly stopped opening on my computer without any apparent reason. Until then, I was able to play my games normally, but now, when I try to launch the app, nothing happens — no error message, and the interface doesn’t show up. What I’ve tried so far: Ending all EA-related processes in Task Manager and trying again Adding an exception in the antivirus and even disabling it Running as administrator Changing compatibility settings Running EA App Recovery and EA App Update Submitting a report using EA Error Reporter (I have the ticket ID) Completely uninstalling and reinstalling the EA App Rolling back the latest Windows updates Still, the issue remains. Interestingly, the EA App appears as a running process in Task Manager, but the interface never loads. Even when trying to launch a game directly from its shortcut, neither the game nor the EA App starts. Additional info: Windows 11, version 24H2, build 26.100.3624 I work in IT and have technical knowledge, I’ve tried many solutions before reaching out here. No system changes or suspicious installations occurred between the time it was working and when it stopped. I honestly don’t know what else to do. If anyone has faced this issue or knows of a fix, I’d really appreciate your help!1.8KViews19likes31CommentsGame won't launch
Game bought on Steam several years ago, ME Andromeda (despite the tepid overall reception it's one of only a few games I leave installed on my system year after year), started playing again this past week or so. Worked fine until a few days ago, now upon attempting to launch I get "preparing game" for a minute or two then the launcher simply stops trying to load it. This app sucks. Edit: as I write this, the game suddenly launched about 10 minutes after I clicked the launch button. Yep, that's quite the launcher they've put together there.38Views0likes0CommentsCould Not Activate
Dear support, I've been used Origin in past. I have recently installed the new EA application and downloaded my 4 games. Two of these games work fine, but two (Batlefield 3, and Crysis 2 Maximum Edition) don't start. I get an error box "We could not activate ... using provided Origin Account provided..." - see error-1.png. If I click the button Enter Product Key, I get the second error message "We're sorry, and error has occurred" - see error-2.png. I'm online, and I tried reinstalling the EA application, but it didn't help. I'm using Windows 10. Let me know if you need more information. All EA games crash on launch! Can't play any games.
Any game I launch on the EA app will not launch, either through the launcher or the .exe directly. This issue began when I replaced my computer's motherboard for a different model, last month. When launching most games, I immediately get a crash report, which says: Dumping started... Dumping finished. File: C:\ProgramData\eaanticheat\Crashdumps\PACKER_... .dmp Finished. Here is what I've tried so far to fix the problem: Troubleshooting steps for uninstalling/reinstalling/repairing/updating EA Javelin Anticheat outlined on https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/ea-anticheat/ Disabled all non-Microsoft services in msconfig and all startup apps in Task Manager (had to keep EA Background Service enabled to use EA App) Cleared temp files from %Temp%, system scans using "sfc /scannow" and DISM Fully uninstalled the EA App and individual games using Revo Uninstaller (as was suggested by a support agent), restarted computer, and reinstalled the EA App and individual games Checked that my GPU drivers, chipset drivers, and BIOS are all up-to-date Here are my computer's specs: GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X RAM: 64 GB DDR5 6600MHz I don't experience this problem with any of my other game launchers, and because of this I'm currently unable to play any of my purchased games belonging to the EA launcher. Have talked to support a few times now but unfortunately still no solution to this issue. Note: I've tried launching Need for Speed: Unbound, which I don't believe uses EA Anti-Cheat. I don't get a crash report when starting that game, but the game window never opens and the process immediately closes.417Views2likes6Comments
