[UPDATE] EA app Friends List, Invites, Cross-Play — What's Going On
Hi all, For last few weeks, the right side of the EA app is in indefinite loading screen. My profile pic, status and friend list are a part of this infinite loading screen, PFA. Because of this, in game friends who are online don't show up as well as I don't show as Online for my friends. I have no issue playing the game but I am no longer able to play with my friends. Tried the following but nothing helped: App uninstall and re-install. Delete reg edit entries, clear local data after EA uninstall and reinstall. Delete Apex legends and EA app, delete all involved folders, local data, reg edit entries and reinstall. Restart router. Also tried installing EA app in D: drive(custom location) but it keeps installing in C: drive. Title. I've tried resetting the cache, using the repair button, reinstalling, restarting my PC. It doesn't even show that it crashed, it just doesn't start. I can install it and everything but it just doesn't restart, I can only open the EA app via uninstall menu. Recently my child has been wanting to play F1 23 with his older brother but is unable to download the game using the linked Xbox account even with the game pass being purchased. When clicking on the app, it brings us to an empty library and attempting to move out of it gives the message Error 404 this page does not exist, from my understanding this occurs when a child's account is linked to the Xbox, is there any way to resolve this from the parent's end, he is a teenager now but the account tells him he is still a child.the Ea app is not showing up/ not visble

Dear EA Support, I am experiencing an issue activating EA Sports FC 25 on my computer. Every time I try to launch the game, I receive an error stating that the game could not be activated using the EA account I provided. I have followed all the tips given by the previous advisor, but I still can’t open my EA FC 25. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, EA, and FC 25 overnight, but it still won’t open. Every time I try to launch it, it shows the same message as in the picture I sent in the file. I have also deleted the License file as instructed by the previous advisor. I have followed other steps from YouTube as well, but the result is still the same—I can’t open the game. Please help me. I even created a new EA account, but the same screen still appears as shown in the file. I’ve tried everything, including running EA as an administrator, deleting and reinstalling, but it still doesn’t work. I even deleted FC 25 and re-downloaded it, but it still won’t launch. Before this, I could play without any issues, but starting yesterday, this problem appeared. What else can I do? Please help me. Just one of the many discussions about this, I'm using cloud gaming services for Jedi Survivor a solo game and I keep getting this problem of too many devices logged in. I'm aware of the reasons as I've read many posts and EA won't change it but one thing about this is unclear for me. Once I get this message that I logged in too many times do I have to wait 24 hours starting the moment i received the first message or am I resetting the timer every time I attempt within the 24 hours? I'm asking this because I sometimes had to wait like 6 hours but the timer seems random since now i had to wait much longer. Hoping EA somehow adapts to the cloud gaming era and provides a solution since 2FA and trusted devices don't seem to impact the security system. Thanks for the answers
