Sims 4 and expansions GONE
I recently logged in after downloading the new EA app and my Sims games were all there and their expansions, no problem. Fast forward to today, NONE of the games are in my library. It says I own the main game, Sims 4, but all the expansion packs say I need to pay for them again. I'm very upset by this. Anyone else dealt with this or had it fixed by EA? Hi, I've seen a recent similar thread - but issue is slightly different from what author said... My EA app is repeatedly crashing after just a few mins (and subsequently Sims 4 is closing because of app crash). EA app been working fine up until past couple of days - haven't done anything different. Have trawled various threads on here, social media & possible solutions elsewhere online but nothing is working so I can't run any of my games. Have already tried: Clear app cache Repair app (both via settings menu and also redownload of app that detects it's already installed) Repair game files Remove CC & mods Update app App recovery Completely uninstall and reinstall I don't want to play offline (if that was to even help) as then I can't access the anniversary gameplay features. PC all up to date & spec fine - have been playing without issues for so long. NOTHING is fixing it. Any other advice greatly appreciated - can't seem to get anywhere with EA. Spent so much money on this game and now can't even play it :(EA App failing to launch Sims 4
While trying to launch The Sims 4, it crashes because the EA App doesn't work properly for whatever reason. And I can't uninstall it because somehow the file for uninstalling it doesn't exist. I have this game on both Epic and Steam, and checking file integrity on Steam doesn't seem to fix anything. The EA App itself won't open because any shortcuts I do find don't work. Hi, I am facing issues with the EA app. I downloaded and installed the FC 25 game 3 days earlier on my Steam account. The game suggested that I download the EA app and create an account. I did so, however, I could not log in. The text appeared in a dialogue box stating, "The app could not connect to the EA server and check your internet connection." EC 10005 error. At first, I thought it was merely an internet/server issue. Yet the next day I found the same issue. I even uninstalled the game and ea app and installed it back again. I ran the program via the administrator option and took all the information either from YouTube/the EA official website. My Graphics drivers are up to date, so are my Directx and also my C++ I unclogged the cache files multiple times. I have tried the EA app updater it says "unable to connect with update server" I don't know why and I have been trying it for roughly 3 /4 days. It is truly absurd how trivial things can jeopardize the whole gaming experience. Can I please get a solution to this?My EA App is showing friends offline when they aren't
So I logged in EA and my friends list is showing that they all are offline when I know they aren't and they aren't blocking me from seeing them. I can run Battlefield fine, but I cannot join their squad. I restarted the app, logged out and back in, restarted my computer, cleared my cache and went offline and back online. Hi, I’m on the latest Windows 11 with the latest EA app. The only thing I did was uninstalling EA app through System Settings > Installed apps > EA app > Uninstall. Next thing I realized was my entire gaming folder selected as EA app Game Library was completely gone. With respect, how is this still happening in 2025?an error on our end caused the launch to fail. I cant open fc 25 on pc 😩
I want to open my game in pc , i have fc 25 in stram an then , when i want to open my game , ea app says an error on our end caused the launch to fail. After the latest update for ea app this happened, i cant play the game i payed 70 bucks for , what a joke , EA always findes a way to ruin your experience in FC or other games , i swear they did this on purpose,Charged twice for game then can't submit error report.
I wanted to purchase the Command & Conquer Ultimate edition, but after clicking the pay button, was stuck on a sort of loading screen with a red spinning circle for over half an hour. I decided to try to reload the page and see if the purchase did indeed go through, however the EA app wanted me to purchase again as it was apparently still in my cart. I attempted purchase again, and had the same loading screen for close to half an hour, but eventually got a success message. The EA app then froze and I couldn't press any buttons, so I closed the app and then re-opened. The individual games from the collection were now in my library, however the collection itself was back in my cart awaiting purchase again. I deleted it from my cart, checked my banking app, and I have been charged twice for this collection. I have tried to submit an error report in app twice, but both times it fails. I would like one of the pending purchases cancelled (or refunded if they cannot cancel in time), but I am stuck how I can go about this when their error report will not work.SolvedPayment showing twice in paypal and a purchase not made showing order history.
I contacted support as my paypal app was showing two seperate payments for the same purchase. The purchase was for a bundle of packs for the sims 4. One transaction shows the recipeint is EA Swiss Sarl (the usual recepient shown) and the other as Electronic Arts, Inc. both charged at £34.50. The later says its pending in the paypal app awaiting ea to confirm purchase. When I contacted support they stated the only pending putchase I had was for around £180. I had put a bunch in my basket to try an decide which ones i wanted and narrow it down but never checked out with this and the basket matches this pending purchase but the support said it has come through as a purchase on their end awating payment. Now im panicking that not only will i be charged twice for one purchase but then charged a massive amount for stuff siting in my baset i havent even checked out. Also to clarify i have sinced emptied the basket an refreshed everything to make double sure its empty and its still showing as a pending transaction. EA support is telling me to contact paypal but it hasn't even gone through to paypal it only shows on ea purchase history on my account. Paypal tell me to contac ea. just going in circles with no help. :(Error Code 108
Coming here again to clarify somethings. Every time I open the EA app I get error code 108, which means according to the EA app, I'm not connected to the internet. Now I remember on my old laptop with Origin I'd sometimes have to mess around with Proxies, but they're all where they should be. I just really want to play the game I've spent $$$$ on and I'd appreciate help
