EA APP not launching: MACBOOK

Hello,

I am having an issue with the EA App. I installed it Sunday night and was able to play The Sims 4 on Monday. It has not loaded since then. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and reached out to EA Help chat and was told to put my laptop in safe mode, didn't work. I am looking for some advice on how to fix the app at this point.
