Re: [INFO REQUEST] Error Code: EC:10005 In EA app
Since this morning, the EA app won't launch on my Mac book air (nor on the Mac book pro of my flatmate - both are now running the new IOS Sequoai 15.5, updated 2 days ago).
I have, of course, followed all the online advice (uninstall/ reinstall/ checking my network/ restarting the laptop, etc...) but nothing is working. Please note I was able to play last night, but since I have closed the app after the system update, impossible to re-open it. I have looked at all the forums and checked the EA server outages, and I cannot find any solutions nor even a reason for the issue (my laptop is brand new). A few times I got an Error message while trying to open the app that say "error EC:201" but my flatmate got the error message "EC:1005". Both state they couldn't connect to the EA server.
Any other Mac Users having issues since the last update?
Should we expect an EA app update following the latest IOS update?
