hello. I recently downloaded the dragon age origin game. i can launch it but when i want to load the saved game, it crashes the error says that a problem from our servers caused the error. so what should I do here or more importantly when will the problem be fixed.

You have the game on EA app?
Try to clear your EA app cache.
Then repair the game:
(EA app: Game Library > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
