As of today, my entire friends list on the EA App is completely broken and shows everyone as "Offline". Because of this, I am unable to invite any of my friends to play FC 26.

Yeah, that’s incredibly frustrating — especially when everything else seems fine but you just can’t actually play with anyone.
From what I’ve seen, this usually isn’t your friends actually being offline, but more like the EA App losing sync with its own servers or presence system. I’ve had it happen a couple of times where everyone suddenly shows offline, and it basically kills all invites. Sometimes it’s tied to backend issues on EA’s side rather than anything you’ve done.
A couple things that have helped in my case:
Fully logging out of the EA App and back in (not just closing it)
Clearing the app cache (there’s an option in settings)
Restarting both the app and your PC/console
Making sure your EA status isn’t accidentally set to invisible
That said, there have also been times where none of that worked and it just fixed itself a few hours later, which makes me think it’s partly server-side.
I’ve noticed it tends to pop up after updates or during busy periods, so you’re probably not the only one dealing with it right now.
Are your friends able to see you online, or is it completely broken both ways?
