ea app won't install sims 4 - 'no internet connection' error

I have the same issue. It keeps saying there is no internet connection, and yet I can still buy packs and everything. Still, it keeps saying I'm offline or there is no Internet connection. As you said, I cleared my cache, reinstalled the app, deleted the Sims 4 game, and tried to reinstall it. Now, it won't let me give it a try. I've had this for about a month, and I'm starting to get angry. I bought packs, and it's just money sitting away being wasted.
